Start A CampaignSupport Disciple-Making Work in Asia!
Late January, we will be heading to Asia with a small team from the Glory Project. Our goal is to encourage and equip indigenous missionaries who strive to make disciples for Christ in their local contexts. Our list of activities is:
Host a 3-day conference of worship, fellowship, and training on making disciples to ~30 local missionaries in Myanmar.
Join indigenous missionaries in serving those affected by a massive earthquake in central Myanmar.
Host the discipleship conference to over 40 local missionaries in India.
This will be a busy 2 weeks (including travel time), after which most of the team will come home. However, I (Steve) will travel further with Breck in India to explore some new church-planting opportunities, and to lay some important groundwork for the newly established Glory Project Training Center.
The Glory Project missionaries in the field are humble, passionate Christians, but many of them lack formal training and they crave fellowship with other Christians. Their work is often very difficult and lonely, so this is a great opportunity to encourage them and be a part of the important work they are doing for the Kingdom!
Thank you for giving!
