Canaan Orphanage was founded in 2019 with 3 orphans. Now there are 15 orphans being cared for. In 2024, four new children arrived from a dangerous border area where their parents were killed in the civil war. The total budget needs to feed the children, send them to school, and provide medical care is $900 monthly or $10,800 annually. Due to the current living conditions not being adequate, in 2025 land will be purchased and a new house built. Total one-time cost for this will be $5,000.
